After the claim time expires, liquidator prepares all the analysis and the claims and submit for approval to the General Meetings of Shareholders.

Same reports will be shown the creditors as well.

In case of not having enough assets to cover the claims, the creditors will file the bankruptcy petition to submit to court or they can demand to stop this liquidation process.

As soon as claims are agreed on the Minutes of Evaluation of the assets and the analyze report approved liquidation process begins.

Receiving the official decision of suspension all the company activities.

Constitutional documents.

A copy of the notice on the suspension or renewal of the activity of a legal entity published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Stamp (Stamps) of the legal entity.

Notification of the National Commission for the Financial Market on
liquidation of the company.

A document confirming the registration fee payment.
